Truck TPMS Overview

The TireAngel truck TPMS solution uses a single device to simultaneously monitor 4 to 100 wheels on heavy-duty trucks, commercial vehicles, logistics vehicles and other multi-wheel vehicles. The system consists of a multifunction touchscreen display/receiver mounted on the cab dashboard and tire pressure sensors installed internally or externally. Terminals are available in multiple models and connectivity configurations.

Drivers can view the position, pressure and temperature of every tire on the onboard terminal. When pressure or temperature exceeds a preset threshold, the truck TPMS immediately issues an alert, enabling prompt action to reduce the risk of tire failure and unplanned downtime.

Complete monitoring records can be stored and accessed through desktop client software or the cloud platform to support vehicle operations, tire maintenance analysis and fleet management.

Each TireAngel truck TPMS kit includes the following components: (multiple models available)

SafeViewPro TPMS terminal with integrated display
SafeViewPro Next-Generation Terminal
SafeView TPMS display terminal
SafeView
L-400 TPMS controller and GPS module installed on a vehicle
Link400

SafeViewPro, SafeView and Link400 terminals can be combined as required and installed in truck cabs or other confined spaces. The controllers offer Ethernet, cellular, serial and Bluetooth connectivity and integrate with vehicle management systems through RS-232, RS-485, CAN bus or custom interfaces. GPS records vehicle position, speed and distance traveled. Data records can be retrieved through the TireAngel server, Bluetooth-enabled handheld devices or a USB connection.

Truck TPMS Sensors (Multiple Models Available)

TireAngel steel-band-mounted wheel sensor
Internal Sensor
TireAngel external wheel sensor
External Sensor

TireAngel tire pressure sensors are a core component of the truck TPMS. Each sensor can be configured for a specific wheel position on the vehicle. Sensors respond to pressure changes and transmit tire pressure and temperature data up to once per second, with pressure readings within 2% of actual pressure. These waterproof sensors suit heavy-duty trucks and demanding road conditions and are deployed at more than 10,000 wheel positions worldwide.

We have redesigned the vibration-resistant structure of the internal tire pressure sensor for the prolonged, demanding duty cycles of high-speed freight vehicles. Optimized mounting and cushioning reduce the effect of external loads on internal components and connections during sustained vibration and transient shocks, lowering the risk of loosening, cracking and signal faults. Systematic engineering and reliability validation help maintain stable sensor operation on demanding roads, improving long-term monitoring reliability and supporting fleet safety and vehicle availability.

External tire pressure sensors provide water, dust and vibration resistance for muddy, dusty and continuously rough operating conditions. Their external mounting allows quick installation without tire removal, simplifying deployment and maintenance across truck fleets.

Antennas and Cables

The kit includes all antennas and cables required to install and activate the selected connectivity solution.
