Overview
TireAngel TPMS is a comprehensive tire pressure monitoring system deployed in mining operations worldwide. From the extreme cold of Siberia to the high mountains of Peru, from Australia and New Zealand in the Southern Hemisphere to the equatorial heat of Indonesia, and even in underground mining operations in Greece, TireAngel TPMS is serving mining companies across the globe. Built for durability and full functionality, the TireAngel TPMS system monitors and uploads data in real time while vehicles are in motion, eliminating the need for manual tire pressure checks. The server's tire pressure trend graphs can precisely detect slow leaks, while coaxial tire pressure comparisons make it easy to identify mismatched tire sizes, allowing timely inflation to eliminate vehicle imbalance risks. Our extensive product range enables easy system customization to meet the demands of virtually any operation.
Each TireAngel mining kit includes the following components: (multiple models available)
TireAngel’s TPMS portfolio spans TBR (truck and bus radial) and OTR (off-the-road) applications, with both internal and external sensor options. Virtually any vehicle or piece of equipment running on pneumatic tires can be supported. Three data-terminal options are available. All three terminals can simultaneously monitor up to 224 tire positions and support mixed internal and external sensor configurations on the same vehicle. With receive sensitivity as low as -116 dBm and TireAngel high-gain antennas, external-sensor reception range exceeds 100 m.
SafeView Pro — a data terminal with a 7-inch HD 1024×600 IPS display. It can show all configured tire positions on a single screen with 8 axles and 32 sensors or in split-screen mode. It integrates TPMS with 4G, WiFi or Ethernet RJ45, Bluetooth, GPS, and RS-232, RS-485 or CAN bus. Users can choose TireAngel Cloud Server or integrate the terminal with their own IoT / fleet-management platform.
SafeView — a data terminal with a 4.3-inch display. It shows up to 24 tire positions across six axles on one screen and supports multi-screen scrolling for larger wheel map configurations. It integrates TPMS with WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, RS-232, RS-485, and USB-OTG. Users can choose TireAngel Cloud Server or integrate with their own IoT / fleet-management platform.
Link L-400 — a display-free data terminal that connects to an in-cab Android tablet or smartphone via Bluetooth or USB-OTG and displays tire configurations through the TireAngel APP. It integrates TPMS with WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, RS-232, RS-485, and USB-OTG.
Together, these terminals provide the data foundation for predictive tire maintenance, reduced unplanned downtime, and safer heavy-duty fleet operations.

Internal and External TPMS Sensors for Mining Vehicles
TireAngel provides internal and external tire pressure sensors for mining haul trucks, loaders, earthmoving equipment and mine service vehicles. Sensors measure tire pressure and temperature and transmit the data to a SafeViewPro, SafeView or Link400 terminal for tire condition monitoring across the mine fleet.
Internal Tire Pressure Sensors
Adhesive and magnetic mounting options suit both dry tires and wet tires containing coolant. Installed inside the tire, the sensor offers excellent durability and a service life of up to 5 years.
External Tire Pressure Sensors
Easy to install, with water and dust protection for straightforward deployment and routine maintenance on mining vehicles. Continuously measures tire pressure and temperature.

TireAngel provides tire monitoring software for mining haul trucks, loaders and mine service vehicles. The mobile app lets field personnel receive and respond to tire alerts, while the desktop platform supports centralized fleet monitoring, historical data analysis and reporting for day-to-day mine operations and maintenance.
TireAngel TPMS - Monitor-Config APP
TireAngel TPMS provides the Monitor-Config APP, making it easy to configure parameters including 4-digit sensor ID and positioning, low/high pressure thresholds, and high-temperature alerts.
Web Server - Cloud or Local Deployment
The web server can be deployed in the cloud or installed on a local server machine. It allows you to set up as many subsidiaries as needed, and each subsidiary can create multiple user accounts for tire technicians and management personnel with permissions to access the system, manage operations, and monitor real-time status remotely. From the server portal, you can access tire maps, sensor history, charts, tracking, re-configuration, remote control, and more. The web server also supports graphical projection of the vehicle list onto a large screen for scrolling display in tire shops and central control rooms, enabling centralized fleet monitoring, historical data analysis, and reporting for day-to-day commercial vehicle operations and maintenance.

FleetView APP is a micro mobile server in your hand. It allows you to view the status of your entire fleet anytime, anywhere. It can also run in the background on your phone to receive tire alerts, enabling tire maintenance personnel to respond quickly.
